Evidently with good credit I could have pre-qualified to buy a stadium.  Who knew?

This is one year after a failed $20 million sale fell through.  35 years after it was built for $55.7 million.  Today it sold to the highest bidder for $583,000.  That’s less than most houses on the north side of Chicago.  That’s 1/3 of the cost of the yearly basic property maintenance.  That’s a 99% commercial real estate loss.  It’s about $20 per jaw dropping juke that Barry Sanders made while playing in the stadium.
